Even the Groningen Eelde airport was not so far. Thanks a lot and I can recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel on an amazing island. The location couldn't be better, right in the centre of town and opposite the bus stop from the ferry. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect during my stay. The room itself was lovely, with a separate mezzanine sleeping area that had a great bed. I also loved the access to the nice terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfasts were excellent, with a basket of goodies waiting outside my room every morning.

All was great, couldn't have asked for more.

We like the way our dog was welcome in the hotel. We felt relaxed in the hotel and special in the room well-appointed for a stay with dogs. See: anwb Logeren & op stap met je hond.in Nederland Nicolien de Rooij

This hotel in the center of a small village on an amazing island is a great choice for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious, with a separate mezzanine and a great bed, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the access to a nice terrace, where I could unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast, delivered to the room, was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

    No complaints, everything was perfect.

We had a studio with balcony. It was good and clean. Breakfast was good and more than enough. Hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful village; walking distance from the shops and restaurants.

It would have been good to have an extra light above the "dining" table. It was now a bit dark in the evening. It would have been easy to have a mirror in the bedroom; now we (my girlfriend) had to go downstairs.

Good breakfast selection with breakfast in bed service. Location was close to bike rental shop, perfect for exploring the area. Room amenities were great with a sun shower and balcony.

Room was a bit loud at night due to street noise. Price was a bit high for the value offered.

Clean good size room with a separate mezzanine where there was an excellent, big, comfortable and clean bed. Good clean bathroom, no bath but a great shower. No night service, but who needs that on Ameland, and you get the key. Location in the tiny village (Hollum is not part of Lord of the Rings :D) is perfect, and there are some good restaurants very near, the bike rental is next door. Breakfast gets delivered to your room and is fine, great coffee from your own nespresso machine is good in the morning. Ameland is beautiful, quiet, windy and green in may.

The hallways are a bit clinical, as is the outside of the building and the entrance. But so many hotels have a great lobby and bad beds, or bad coffee, it didn't bother me, the value was put in the things you use, not in glamour.

I liked the sleeping loft. I tend to like lofts or maybe that's bats in bellfries.

Europeans eat breakfast too late for my liking. I usually eat at 0530, but I have learned to adapt as my wife doesn't seem to mind late breakfast. So I eat or drink something, go out for my morning chores and comeback for breakfast later. You may have noticed that I ate everything.

We had a great stay in this hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and shops.

    Nothing that we didn't like.

One thing I really appreciated about this hotel was its attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. They even let us choose a nicer room at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a separate mezzanine that added a unique touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was delivered in a basket right to our room. The variety of options and the quality of the food were outstanding. With access to a nice terrace, it was the perfect way to start the day.

No complaints, our stay was perfect.

We were looking for a convenient place to stay in a quiet town, and this hotel was the perfect fit. The location was fantastic, with the ferry and bus stop nearby. And, there were several excellent restaurants just down the street. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast basket outside our door in the morning was a nice touch.

The hotel lacked any real atmosphere. We were hoping for a cozy and warm vibe, but instead, we found the place to be somewhat clinical and bland.
